Hey there!
My name is Vanessa Ewert.

I’m an Exhibition and Product Designer, Concept Developer and Illustrator – or to put it simply, I’m a creative, multi-talented all-rounder based in Berlin.

EXHIBITION DESIGN & BRAND ARCHITECTURE

I design and build engaging spaces and experiences for all kinds of venues, for all kinds of purposes.
My projects range from cultural and educational exhibitions for museums, institutes and public spaces all the way up to commercial brand architecture for fairs, events, retail spaces and offices. Every so often, I create set designs for videos, too.

I guide my projects from the very first sketch to the very last screw, and can offer you full-range design and production of your exhibition and brand space. I collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of professionals and producers to achieve your vision.

CONCEPTS & SKETCHES

One of my strengths and biggest passions is concept development and visualization. I develop new ideas quickly and turn them into strong concepts, visualized with the help of colored freehand sketches. Unlike slick renderings, sketches are fast, dynamic and leave space for interpretation.

These concept sketches and story boards are a great way to visualize your ideas and present them to your clients. They can even help to develop your ideas further in workshops together with the client or within your team.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I love to structure complex projects and interdisciplinary teams and guide them from the first idea all the way to production. Limited resources activate my solution-oriented thinking and creativity.

With my large knowledge of professional printing and construction methods, production materials and processes, I can help you to find the right media solution for your budget.

SUSTAINABILITY

I believe in sustainability – especially with short-lived projects like a temporary exhibition. I always aim to use recyclable materials, and to give existing, used or inexpensive objects a new function.
Most of my projects can be easily assembled and compactly stored. In many cases the exhibition, or at least parts of it, can be reused for future editions.
